Insights on all things digilicious within the evolving world of advertising.
Some commentary will focus on marketing, social media and tech within the health and wellness industries and some of it will not; my interests focus on identifying and applying opportunities utilizing emerging digital technology to all verticals.
Net-net: this is not another digital strategy blog; just a healthy side of it, like kale.
I have spent 13+ years in consumer and professional advertising and have built my experience off tightening the match between customer needs and brand offerings & promises. Everyone likes to talk the talk about how to strategically evolve advertising into customer engagement. Luckily my role at an advertising agency allows me the ability to “talk” and “do”.
I often like to talk about the “do” part of that, who doesn’t want to share their opinions and experience? Isn’t that what social media was created for— extending and connecting like-minded individuals and interests?
In any event, I hope my insights serve a worthy and knowledgeable purpose for others along the same journey across the digital landscape.
Who is Jess Seilheimer?
I am creative by design. I am business savvy by experience.
I am a digital junky. A social butterfly. I make up flashtastic words and phrases to express my thoughts. I can’t learn enough. I’m entrenched in the conversation. I pull from every angle; twist, turn and bend through trial and error.
I combine marketing/brand objectives with conceptual thinking and creative purpose—-blend on high, add a dash of targeted rationale and serve up measurable strategy that nets the most engaging user experience to drive brand awareness/conversion/retention.
A recipe for digilicious execution.
Not every combination tastes the same for the end user, so I frequently mix up flavors of engagement.
I flourish in creative environments fueled by positive energy, innovative thinking and enjoy a “surround share” approach to life; professionally and personally. I live in Manhattan and think it’s the greatest city on earth; everyday I find various forms of inspiration right outside my door.
